Crowned the 2015 King of Louisiana Seafood, Mike Brewer has been part of the New Orleans restaurant scene since 1999. He began working at Brennan’s as a waiter. He went on to serve as a wine captain, maître d’ aboard the MS Pride of America in Hawaii, head-of-restaurant at Jackson, and head of the Commander’s Palace wine and liquor program. He currently serves as Executive Chef at Morton’s Steakhouse in downtown New Orleans.
