Susan is the president of Our Kitchen & Culture, LLC, and publisher of Louisiana Kitchen & Culture magazine. Launched in 2012, the magazine has quickly established itself as the leading authority on Louisiana’s unique culinary culture and heritage. She has more than twenty years of publishing experience. She has served on the membership committee of the Louisiana Travel Promotion Association since 2008, and served one year as an associate board member of that organization. In 2010 she was given the Victor Profis Memorial Award for Travel Media. The award was established in 2009 to honor the late Victor Profis, and recognizes media professionals who have had a profound, positive impact on Louisiana’s tourism industry. She is currently the president of the Louisiana Travel PAC, and represents the PAC on Lt. Governor Jay Dardenne’s Tourism Impact committee. She comes from a long line of great Southern cooks, and enjoys the occasional round of golf in her spare time.
