Chef Anthony Miletello

Willie's Duck Diner; Miletello's Sports City Grill

Anthony Miletello was born to cook. Reared in Louisiana, Miletello garnered knowledge and experience from his childhood home in Monroe and in New Orleans. By the time he was a teenager, he realized that people enjoyed eating his food as much as he enjoyed preparing it. From that time, he pursued a career in restaurants, beginning in several New Orleans Kitchen.

Miletello trained in the Crescent City under renowned chef Duke LoCicero of the famed Café Giovanni, a five-star Italian restaurant in the French Quarter. Among other apprenticeships and restaurant kitchen experience, he enrolled in several culinary science courses at Harvard University. He maintained a 3.4 GPA. He is now lead chef in his family’s business.
